I get a real buzz out of building a relationship with someone who comes to us for pure call answering services and ends up with a more in-depth call handling and administration service that really helps them with the day to day running of their business

I like to think I do so much more than answering calls. Using my initiative is what makes my job so interesting, as a personal assistant I make sure I help out as much as possible by dealing with callers, getting to know my clients and spotting where I can add the most value.

There's nothing more rewarding than when a client comes on board and makes full use of me as a virtual secretary. I love it when they get me taking orders, checking their emails and really dealing with their day-to-day business.
