Our recruitment process is the same for everyone: rigorous testing, in-depth interview, thorough assessment. If you pass that, you're on probation for six months, but you're part of a pretty awesome team of people who really care about what they do, are territorial and passionate about their customers and have a penchant for customer service which is second to none.
We keep potential virtual PAs waiting in the wings at all times ready for both permanent and temporary (bank) contracts, so that we're ready to grow when our customers need us to.
