Core News - Direct Debit
We are in the process of switching our monthly billing process to Direct Debit payments, so will be contacting all our customers to obtain the necessary authorisation. We anticipate this to be a smooth changeover and should benefit all parties.
From the start of our new financial year 1 April 2009 all customers will be given an extra 7 days credit when they sign up to our direct debit scheme i.e. 14 days for cheque and BACS payments and direct debits will be taken after 21 days. Unfortunately we will not be able to vary this on an individual basis, as the volume of work involved in processing these payments needs to be standardised to keep our overall costs of service as reasonably priced as possible.
